Our volunteers have provided over 230,000 trips providing the comfort and peace of mind of affordable, passenger-focused transportation services that only a neighbor can provide. IN HONOR & MEMORY

IN-KIND DONATIONS
Gifts of goods or services help support Neighbor Ride’s mission to offset costs associated with day-to-day operations, special events, fundraisers, and volunteer appreciation programs.
IRA Charitable Distributions: Don’t need your retirement savings as much as you once thought? When you make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD), you can directly transfer funds from your IRA to Neighbor Ride, a Qualified Charitable organization, without including the distribution as taxable income. This can result in tax advantages for you, such as potentially lowering your overall taxable income and reducing your tax liability.
Donor Advised Funds: If you already have a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) you can recommend grants to support Neighbor Ride.
Stocks and Securities: When you gift stocks and securities that have appreciated in value since purchase, Neighbor Ride does not have to pay any capital gains! Additionally, you may claim the gift as an immediate income tax deduction on your tax return.

Matching gift forms may be sent to our Community Outreach Director, who can be reached by email at community@neighborride.org.
How can I get a copy of my tax statement or giving history?
Monthly donors will receive an annual statement reflecting the prior year's total contributions by January 31st. If you need a copy of an acknowledgment for any other donation(s), simply email a request to community@neighborride.org. We would be more than happy to send a duplicate statement.
