COVID-19 Update (updated as of May 1, 2021)

In response to the increasing vaccination rates in Howard County, especially among the county’s older adult population, Neighbor Ride is removing the ride type restrictions that limited service to essential appointments only.  As of May, 1st Neighbor Ride will accept ride requests to all pre-COVID destinations.

PLEASE NOTE: enhanced ride requirements and safety protocols remain in place including the requirement that both passengers and drivers wear masks during rides.  Click Here to review these enhanced ride requirements.

Neighbor Ride will monitor ride request volume and volunteer driver availability to ensure ride requests can be filled.  We may adjust services including resumption of restrictions as volumes dictate.

Please call 410-884-7433 (main phone #) or email for the latest updates or answers to any questions.
