DIGITAL MARKETING HELP WANTED
Neighbor Ride is looking to further enhance our online presence. If you have familiarity working with Google Ads and would be willing to share your knowledge with us, please email Colleen at community@neighborride.org.NOTES FROM THE ROAD
Road Closure Notice: Beginning on or about Monday, July 10th , Old Columbia Pike from Tollhouse Road to Main Street in Ellicott City, will be closed to all-thru traffic from 9am-4pm, as part of the ongoing water main replacement project along Old Columbia Pike. Weather permitting, it is expected to reopen on or about Monday, August 7th. Driver Joan shared two new thoughts: ” I found having a seatbelt extender for front and back seats made things easier for my passengers and easier for me if I had to help them with it. Cost about $20.” “When driving people to appointments at 10710 Charter Drive, it is much easier to do drop off and pick up on the lower (ground floor) level. You can see the entrance better and there are more places to park and watch for them to come out.” If you have a tip you would like to share with our drivers please email it to: volunteer@neighborride.org.- The symptoms and care needs associated with the early and middle stages of Alzheimer’s
- Legal, financial, and resource planning that needs to occur
- Components of a care team
- How relationships change
- Effective ways to provide care and manage challenging expressions
