Nancy has been volunteering here for four years, after responding to an announcement through a volunteer clearinghouse website. She says she enjoys doing the layouts and receives satisfaction in volunteering to promote a much needed service. Nancy is always offering her creative ideas including designing the new look being introduced in this edition of the newsletter.
