Mental Health First Aid Training for Older Adults
In a collaboration with the Howard County General Hospital and the HoCo Local Health Improvement Coalition and the Mental Health Association of Maryland, Neighbor Ride is happy to offer a Mental Health First Aid class for Older Adults. This is an 8-hour public education program which introduces participants to the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adults over 65. The class will be held Monday, October 22nd from 8:30-5 pm in the Howard County General Wellness Center and is free of charge.
