Volunteer’s Use of After Hours/Emergency Line

After 2 pm, if you have questions or issues about a same/next day ride, if your passenger fails to show up, or if a ride runs late by a significant amount and is incon-veniencing you, volunteers should use the emergency line after hours by calling the main number and pressing 2 to leave a message. Holly or Patrice will respond. It does NOT need to be a true “emergency” to take advantage of the after hour’s line.
