Neighbor Ride has been selected as the only finalist from Maryland in the fifth annual Tom’s of Maine “50 States for Good” community giving program, which seeks to uncover local nonprofit groups that address community needs and engage volunteers to get the work done. As a finalist, we have the chance to not only win $10,000, but also to raise awareness about the need for safe and reliable transportation options for the country’s aging population and inspire other communities across the U.S. to take all that is good about our program to develop their own resources to help seniors continue to enjoy active and independent lives.
